actually yeah. i haven't even used the auto-fight this round and it's just fighting away even when i'm out of ammo:)
edit: ok the fist click on the fight is ok but then a faint check mark appears in the auto fight box...then it just takes it away.....

The box seems to be checking itself, and it is greyed out and I can't uncheck it. This is great sometimes, but when I get to a tough opponent I need my abilities against it really screws me
