Does this item no longer drop? Or did the drop rate get turned way down? I have commited a holocaust against the witches and I haven't found one yet.

burn more witches!!! seriously it is rather rare...i just wish the peace necklace was so rare that way i could fight more peeps:)

heh, I took mine off now. I just kept it on while I was stockpiling massive quantities of runes.
